Who is The Boxhero Underwear Company? We are a small (but passionate) company, offering our customers a new underwear technology, in ultra-comfortable, eco-friendly bamboo fiber.

Why are you charging us? This is a purchase made on our website or during one of our special sales on facebook, probably Boxhero Bamboo Boxer Shorts.

Can we get an invoice for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you provided when you signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email info@boxhero.co

Can we get a refund? You can always email info@boxhero.co to inquire about the refund policy for the product you purchased.
